Watercress list for Bungie
I just thought it might be helpful to get a list of all the players tags and what platforms that are affected by the watercress error. That way if they are trying to fix them individually it might make it easier for them. Feel free to add your gamer tags.

Xbox one darkvardereborn 3 weeks of nothing but watercress I would to play the game and what takes the piss more is that other things get fixed and this does not what's the point in playing any more the season is as been a nightmare it's like talking to a brick wall if fact I will get a answer back from the wall then bungie and every thursday they tells us what's coming next in the season but nothing on the error codes PLZ GIVE US I ANSWER or dont we matter no more as long as you have our money

1 ReplyThere has now been a response from bungie on another post saying they are trying to fix individual accounts whilst trying to do a general fix so please keep dropping those gamer tags as it may help them to fix those affected accounts. Thanks everyone

3 RepliesI have no clue if this was stated before but thought I’d add this to the ongoing issue: Destiny 1 is also being affected as well. Personally, it’s in the form of a TAPIR error code. Can’t get to the character loading screen without it popping up. I don’t know if anyone is affected by this as well on top of the NEWT/WATERCREST codes, but thought I’d add this as a discovery to what’s been going on.

2 RepliesToday I was able to signin and went directly to "LO" to upgrade bunker. As long as you don't go to LOADING SCREEN your able to game. Once you try to leave the activity and returned to space. You will receive error code NEWT, then it changes to WATERCREST. This is a recent change. Like most out there I was unable to get pass signin. Just wanted to update those who experience both error codes. There may be hope to salvaging the remainder of the season. We can only HOPE this will be remedy soon. BTW once you get error coded your done for that day! Will try again tomorrow and will update here.

This was fixed within a few hours - because it was PlayStation, who knows? I’m starting to feel like a second class player now and I can’t contain my anger any longer. It’s time we took a stand to get playing the game we’ve paid for OVER and OVER. Their focus may lie elsewhere, ours shouldn’t. I’m pretty much as high as I can get with the Artefact - I can’t do pinnacles because I’m not purchasing the DLCs AGAIN and because all my buddies are exclusively Xbox players (before anyone says it, I could make some buddies on other platforms). I can’t do iron banner with them this week, raid runs are out and the pinnacles are locked behind Shadowkeep. I recommend keeping up the pressure in a constructive way til this is sorted. I’ve messaged the community managers directing them to this post so they can see the numbers affected and have offered myself up as a guinea pig to test any solution they come up with. Ok. Rant is over, back to work 👋
