DLC purchased but no SEASON PASS
I have dlcs but I don't have this season of worthy but my friend does and he hasn't needed to buy it again but I do, even though we have the same dlcs and also your customer support is horrible.

As Cyberboy has mentioned, Shadowkeep will only come with one season pass. Forsaken is a year 2 DLC and has no bearing on the current season system.

Be sure what you bought as most complaints are due to not understanding what you bought. Shadowkeep standard (as a stand alone or as part of the upgrade pack) comes with the season you bought Shadowkeep in. Shadowkeep Digital Delux was the only pack to offer alm of the year 3 content. Your friend either had the delux or bought the current season from Eververse.

If your friend has the current season pass, they either bought extra passes at some point, or bought the Shadowkeep Deluxe Edition, which came with four season passes.
