Agree this Iron Banner is just off. Between the loot drops and the heavy ammo camping it just leads people to not play the game but instead try and pile on for the quest. Once you complete it though than the drops are terribad and it leave a bad taste. Having a quest is fine, but either allow ammo finders to work and get drops that way or remove the heavy ammo component to it and review the drop tables because they feel bugged.
