Acquired this bad boy recently, don't be jealous. This is definitely the "you just got trolled" roll.

Weapon perks in D2 very rarely do anything and when they do they get nerfed... Perks can't save guns in D2 so instead of having 5 different meta shotguns that you earn differently so all types of player can compete in pvp in D2 you get 1 meta shotgun and if you don't grind nightfall your shit outa luck because perks don't do shit.

In D1 they had mulligan on rockets. If you missed a rocket and it flew off into the wild blue yonder sometimes it would come back to your mag. In pvp lol
