I haven't had any drops of imperial crowns and I have two "wealth of the emperor" buffs displayed on my character screen. I've only been playing D2 for a month and a bit and in this time I've noticed anything to do with the weapon Izinagi's Burden just seems to have bug after bug. Do you just want new light players to not have access to this weapons full potential or what?
