I claimed the exotic from rank 98 with my warlock but it didn’t show up

I haven’t seen it in the postmaster yet and I claimed it quite sometime ago, tried to see if I did it with another character but it shows as claimed even tho never received

When you claim the engram you don't receive an engram that had to be decrypted, it auto decrypts. Check your characters' armor inventory to see if you have a new receive armor piece.
