If you've hit legend before this season and think it's too easy now, good for you. That's what the new system is supposed to do, quickly move you to the rank it thinks you belong in. For me the system clearly thinks I belong at 42-4500 points because I got there easy af, and now I've hit a brick wall, and I'm doing my best to improve and learn from my mistakes each match so that I can continue on to legend. From everything I've seen both here and reddit that seems to be the case for the majority of people who are better than average but not too tier. And frankly I'm sick of the "oh it took me 6 hours so anyone can do it" and "it's not as hard as the previous season" bs. If you earned your NF or unbroken in previous seasons, good for you, but if you think anyone who earns it for the first time in this season had an easy go of it and doesn't deserve it, then you are woefully misinformed of what it's like to be an average or slightly above average player in comp. If someone got their 5500 for the first time with ease this season then the only reason they didn't get it before was due to gatekeepers and a horribly designed system where essentially the "rich" get richer and the "poor" get nowhere, they should have had it ages ago but for one reason or another didn't. If I don't hit legend this season that's fine, because more than any season before I've focused on improving and playing smarter, and if I need to improve more in order to earn it then that will be my goal, and in the end that's what is important about hitting 5500 for me, learning how to play better and against higher skill opponents. I don't want a free gun and to stay at the same skill level. That's not why I'm in comp, and that's not how comp is going for those of us who are commiting to legend for the first time.

"Earned". Anything before this season was earned, now it's basically an easy grind.

I played Comp for five weeks straight (150 hours) and finally got to Legend. The losers saying it was easy are useless eaters.

so is the grind to attain 5500 glory points or to reach 5500 glory? I havn't paid attention to comp yet this season. Sounds like the weapons are now cumulative points to earn with no demerits for losses.. is this correct
