Izanagi’s burden quest still bugged
I had the first three keys inserted and got the black armory key mold quest on Tuesday when that bug was fixed. I completed the quest and finished the bergusia forge on max temper today and got the final black armory key. However when I inserted it, it DIDNT give me the quest progress and still shows that I haven’t opened the final black armory lock. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Going to hop on this thread in hopes of them somehow giving something to us who are "Encouraged not to use their quest items". I am sure we all have the inventory space for this to sit here for many more months.

I'm disgruntled. I understand its difficult to change thing without changing other things, but ugh, should have said it's still broke. No my key is gone...

I don't know who you have bug checking your patches, but they should be taken out back beaten with a hose, and then dumped in the middle of the pacific ocean. I mean come on now, 99% of all players are going to insert their keys the minute they get them, because they have been waiting FOREVER for this damn thing to be fixed. Now you say don't do it. So me and everyone else who inserted the key right away are now up the creek without a paddle, and because your slower than dirt with your fixes, we all will lose our bounties, keys and have to wait forever for this to be fixed. I'm assuming at this point you should just reward those people at that stage of the quest the rifle alright already. This is just getting to be plain sad for you guys. I swear you take 10 steps forward in your game and then 15 backwards.

New to Destiny 2 so I don't know how they typically resolve stuff like this. I thought I was going crazy when I got the Hand key and it is still showing as un-applied. Finished the Black Armory key just a few minutes ago, however, and when I applied it, that disappeared too... Come to find out it's bugged and both those keys should have been applied. Really hope they just get counted as done or resend the finished keys so I don't have to do all those strikes again...

2 RepliesSo I just lost the Bergusia key too. Why even let us use keys if you recommend not using them? Kind of sucks that I just lose two keys, one that is annoying to go for and I can't advance the quest. If I got it and you just didn't let the quest proceed due to a bug that is one thing and waited until it is fixed to let me use the key but to just say "don't use it lol" when people are obviously going to and only see the recommendation after the quest is bugged then that is stupid. At the very least disable the key and explain why in game and nobody would be out on ground materials. Sucks.

same, before i read this issue. iw as so excited to finish the forge and get the keys. but after inserting it everything is gone.

Literally wasted all of my time this evening speedfarming because Belgusia is out, used the key and it just vanished into thin air. This is getting ridicoulus and I hope for a rollback or auto-unlock of this step cause if I have to farm all of this again I'm rly gonna be pissed, what a letdown by Bungie.

Same with me... After cross saving from PS4 to PC and specifically purchased Forsaken for the the purpose of having Izanagi, I expect Bungie to give me this quest as complete, if i have to grind for the black mold key will be a deal break for me.. If no solution i expect to have my forsaken money back...

Wow I just finished my rare bounty and got no crystal. I thought it was fixed. It took so long to get the rare bounty now to start all over again . Not cool

1 ReplyI wish i would have checked that thread beforehand. Just did the exact same thing. Was happy that finally after 4 weeks i got the Box unlocked and then the key vanishes without the box opening. So sad....

Bungie this needs to be fixed tomorrow with a hot fix you lied to us you said it would be fixed with the last patch. Yet its still bugged just in a different way.

Same thing happened to my bf and I. We both lost our keys.. This is insane. Waiting 3 weeks to finish the quest, get told its finally fixed, but syke you lost your key and not are out of luck because you will have to repeat it probably.
