4 RepliesPride emblems? Look. I'm fine with rainbows and having pride emblems. But, we also need straight pride emblems. Such pontificating. Stop already. You know those rainbows that push for tolerance work to shut down straight pride?

Thank goodness for Gears 5 and Boerderlands 3. Much more fun. In BL3 I can have fun. Crush enemies of I want. It's not a pain to do simple things. I think this update will be an epic fail.

Edited by gallp13: 10/3/2019 9:52:10 AMThe silent majority understand the need to rebalance and are quite excited by the reboot. That said there a couple of teensie weensie tweaks I would have made. Still you can’t keep us all happy all of the time 😁

2 RepliesWhy is everything getting nerfed its almost as if you guys hate fun.

1 ReplyHow bout a nerf to one eyed mask & fix crucible up a bit?

9 RepliesEdited by DeathPony07: 9/28/2019 10:16:04 AMI pre-ordered against my better judgement for the story and the gunplay. I don't think Shadowkeep will sell well at all though. Bungie continues to piss off their player base with stupid decisions. They had Destiny perfect with Age of Triumph. All they had to do was copy/paste everything into D2. They gave us garbage instead, and they've been fixing D2 ever since. They could have made so much more content if they had just kept Destiny how it was in Year 3. Bungie needs to take a lesson from Gearbox. We should be able to farm bosses in the open world, instead of having to run strikes over and over.

11 RepliesRight. 99% of you clowns will drop the $$$ and be playing on Tuesday. Get the e-flexes in though while there's still time.

Armor armor armor armor armor armor for christ sakes every activity I do that has power gear all I've gotten is armor do a raid and get nothing but armor for christ sakes I'm chasing weapons with good rolls if armor is going to drop then make the drifter have some kind of currency to turn in to have a better chance to getting better rolls on weapons and weapons from gambit.

11 RepliesLuke Smith and Mark Noseworthy trying to revert D2 back to there original vision for the game, after other more talented and innovative people made it fun. Seriously, those 2 were behind all the decisions that made D2 so bad in vanilla, and they are in charge of another major expansion and all the positive changes we got in year 2 are getting scaled back. Coincidence ? There are no coincidences!!

6 Repliesoh so weapons should not be poweful just give us all baseball bats in destiny then .

67 RepliesRemoving forge farming has sealed the deal. I’m done. I just can’t be bothered grinding materials through boring 2 year old activities I’m absolutely sick of. Thanks though, it was fairly fun a fair amount of the time.

I’m curious how all the nerfs to supers, pinnacle weapons, perks that increase damage, critical hits and instant reloading abilities will impact these horde modes we have. A lot of the adds are “bullet sponges” as it is and the with them being everywhere, shooting from every direction is somewhat overwhelming at times. It’s more of a balancing act of who dies and who can revive in time. I always figured the extra perks were made with specific weapons in mind. On top of that this game does sort of push you to be as effective as possible. We crunch the numbers, look things up online, grind for gear that increases damage from every measure. Running through content isn’t always just about time, it’s about survivability. The faster we can dispose of adds, the less things that are shooting at us when we need to focus elsewhere (I.e. DPS phases, holding a plate, go for a revive etc.). Once again nerfing something doesn’t make something else more appealing if something else is more flawed or a poor fit regardless. I’ve still yet to use an Ashen Wake or Aeon Swift (right name for exotic arms?). From a time standpoint we now have to look at content being removed. I don’t know the numbers for what people are actually logging in hours wise but I know not all can put in long hours. This game is a grind and we accept that. That being said we don’t want to drag our encounters out any longer than necessary with such repetition. This is why people grind for the best gear to be as efficient as possible. Why LFG wants so many clears, certain experience, light levels and gear. And lastly it feels a little like a slap in the face. Anyone who put in time and effort to get any of these top tier gear only to see it all watered down. I am by no means a crucible god. I struggled many seasons until I finally hit fabled and got a bunch of these pinnacles in one shot. I only wanted them for PvE and now you say they’re “too good”. If this is the case then stop making these things such a trial to get. I can only imagine what the people who actually paid to get theses things are thinking. Ouch. As always I’ll see how this all plays out. Actually try and see how this all works in practice. If it becomes any worse or sucks any more enjoyment out of the game then it may be time for me to part ways with it. It’s a pretty big time sink to see your gear time and time again get watered down. I start to think about that when I go to boot the game up then all of the sudden I lose interest.

1 ReplyWhy do I read the replys when I know it'll just be toxic people? Makes me sad
-
4 RepliesCan’t wait for “going fast 2.0” update and “pinnacle comeback” are released in 3-6 months.
-
2 RepliesI ordered my parts for a gaming PC this week and then Bungie comes out with this terrible TWAB about the season of the nerfs.
-
6 RepliesI love how everyone is so judgmental even without seeing how the game plays first with all the changes.
-
3 RepliesWill we still be able to finish our pinnacle bounties after shadowkeep? Idc if they get nerfed, the not forgotten is more of a symbolic goal for me...

Question regarding the Raid jacket. Do we have until 10/15 to beat the Raid to be eligible to claim the code, or will this work like previous Raids, where we have to beat the Raid the first week it's available then redeem the code by the following week? In other words: 10/5 Raid drops, 10/8 deadline to be eligible to purchase jacket, 10/15 deadline to order jacket.

7 RepliesThis is all looking so good. I've never really been hyped for any of the annual dlcs before, but this one looks to be a belter! 5 days to go!!!

Let’s see how well they did the armor ornament system.

Tone the God damn stomp mechanic for most big enemies, the taken fire for the knights, the taken blast for the captains and the god damn eye blast for the taken ogre that shit is ridiculous you want to talk about things in the -blam!-ing gaming being over powered your taking all the power from us and giving it to the damn enemies.

1 ReplySo you have walked back all progress aside from random rolls. I guess we can expect a return to curated (read fixed) rolls as the bombshell for next weeks twab?
