Anyone else have a gaming habit like this? Something you find humorous, but anyone else finds extremely annoying?
My habit is that I like to annoy anyone who annoys others. Spawn campers: I’ll send some messages and annoy them (I do my best to keep them tamed by using petty insults like scrub or noob). T-baggers: annoy them. People who play music very loudly in the chat during a game: annoy. Squeakers in rated m games: annoy. That one guy who constantly screeches at his teammates for being useless and never puts blame on himself: annoy.
Anyone who does something other gamers will typically get annoyed by i’ll make sure to annoy them back.
Will I get banned for this? Possibly. Does it annoy the people who annoy others? That’s the point. Do I myself like to do it and find humor in it? Absolutely.
Why do I do it? We play games ti have fun. If you want to annoy others and ruin that fun, I’ll make sure I ruin yours and annoy you back.
So go on, what habits do you people have?

Claptrap's existence. My friend hates him.

I don’t think I have one

Lucky your not on Xbox. Sending one message with an insult gets you a comms ban 😒

Play iconic tik toks/vines as loud as I can in my mic to concentrate.

1 ReplyHumorous to me, to others ending The hate mail I get for playing too well And I find I end up spending Much too much time, on a spell Which to cast with my sick rhymes And it makes them ‘triggered’ to see me react In such a way that they wish, a mime Was I and I would simply stop the act But I always reply that I’m better than they And they should stop and think Before they say, a word to someone who is able to mould them like clay

I go offline so I don’t have to talk to people, and I enjoy going as fast as possible in any game I play. Even if it sacrifices defense or whatever.
-
10 RepliesI'm always appearing offline to avoid social interaction.

T-bagging players that I know are particularly bad. It ALWAYS gets me hate mail. Dark souls 3 arena? Point down and clap. Instantly hatemail

I try to use off meta weapons for pvp and if it's an option I will always have a P90 in my loadout.

I like finding some kids Minecraft realm, usually just a group of kid friends trying to start a server, and at first, I like to be kinda chill (I do this each month, btw). However, each week I slowly get more toxic, like I curse on the mic, or I go from my little kid voice to my normal voice. At the end of the month, I usually can farm creepers and sand and make around a stack of tnt and blow the shit out of the innocent kids world, especially when no one is even online. I then leave the world, block everyone ever on the world and never come back. However, I do put all my items in a chest and a book in there reciting Logan Paul’s apology video. It might be toxic, but it’s -blam!-ing fun.
im only like this when I do the Minecraft shit, I’m not that toxic playing games.
(Only thing that makes Fallout 76 fun, btw). There’s a glitch that lets you pvp with people under level 5 in Fallout 76, so I like going to the starting area, aka vault 76 and rack up on level 1-2 kills until they quit or I get a partial ban. The “Bethesda Team” (obviously just a bot) likes to email me “iF yOu KeEp Up WiTh ThIs BeHaViOr, YoU mIgHt Be BaNnEd PeRmAnEtLy”.

I play with y axis inverted. All my friends hate it.

I used to enjoy the s--t talking back in the Halo 3 days. My favourite ones would go something like this, usually with a whole big team battle group listening, - Random guy - 'you wouldn't beat me one on one' Me - 'okay, try it. We'll do it right now with all my clan mates watching, we'll record it and upload it.' Random guy - 'oh, i can't do it now. I'm busy.' Me -'so you're s--t then. Haven't got the balls to back up the talk.' Random guy - 'I've gotta go now.' We always used to get this with my group. If we stomped a team we'd always get challenged to 1v1 or 2v2. We'd beat them 9 times out of 10 and they'd accuse us of either cheating or camping. It just used to make my day winding people up. Not so much now. Can't say a thing without getting reported to hell and back.

1 ReplyI wouldn't call myself a griefer or a troll but perhaps I am in a sense. When I'm playing a game, I never have the intent to ruin anyone's fun or just be a jerk for no reason. However, once boredom takes hold of me I become quite a menace. When normal gameplay and the same old thing gets repetitive, I end up causing chaos. I'm not that guy who just starts randomly going after players and killing nonstop, to me those are the worst of em all. We'll use GTA V and RDR2 as an example. A lot of times I may block store entrances while my friends are inside. I may terrorize them by planting sticky bombs to their vehicles or themselves. I don't blow it up unless they go all out. In RDR2 I find it addicting to just full on sprint into someone and tackle them to the ground for no good reason. Sometimes I'll tie you up and leave you someplace random if you go afk. Hell I tied up a random afk player, placed him on a random dude's horse, and made that horse flee. Little things like this can be annoying if anyone is trying to be serious and not goof off.

2 RepliesYour gaming “habit” is to send “scrub” hatemail to people who annoy you? I must admit that’s rather lame. As for myself, I wouldn’t call these “habits,” but I might T-bag after a kill, in hopes of provoking anyone who somehow gets upset by it. I don’t play COD anymore, but I would Tac-Insert myself into the enemy spawn and cause mayhem. In FIFA, I’ll pass the ball around, take it to the corner, etc if I need to preserve a lead. Not really habits, but annoying to some. The only habit I can think of is having to reload my gun unnecessarily, even if I have 99/100 bullets remaining. But that’s annoying to ME, not others.

Back in MW2, I watched Sandy Ravage on Youtube religiously and went after people who were boosting for killstreaks and headshots just like he would do. I stopped a lot of people from getting nukes and Fall camo.
