Did you say September? Sorry, got a thing that month. Probably gonna take up all my time. You have fun though. I enjoyed the moon the last time they were selling it.

66 RepliesEdited by TheShadow-cali: 6/8/2019 2:59:04 PMHas any notice the post that are like the OP never replies to anyone? Edit: I'll stand corrected about the OP but I will stand by everything else. These posts pop up every time Bungie is selling something and has been since D1 released. Not one single time when I have brought up this question has the OPs replied to anyone until I mentioned it. If anyone is hyped about this after how D2 released and everything that has happened with the lying like things about saying Tess wasn't meant to be endgame content, XP throttling saying sorry "we won't do it again", but they do and get caught a second time with all the other shady moves this company has pulled? It's usually kids and teens that don't know any better. Someone mentioned this yesterday and it's the truth. Bungie has set the bar so low that most think when anything they do that is new that a normal AAA gaming company has been doing for years that are caught up to the 21st century is a big deal. Bungie hasn't done anything new that any other AAA gaming company has already done as far as In-game content that is broken right now. What's to really get hyped about knowing 5 years later, let's say that again, (5 years later) the loot system is on the verge of being broken. The economy is broken Barely anything in this game has been updated in 2 years and now that some of it is going to be updated 2 years later and I mean only some, it's a big deal? Who's getting a deal here??? because it's not us that's for sure. I mean it took Bungie literally 4 years later to add to where a hunter can see their entire cloak and you gamers got all excited about that. Here I'm thinking any other AAA gaming company would have had that done years ago. Now before some of you make a reply to me, this is not about "hatting on Bungie" because there are a few things they have done that have been good for the game. The problem is, the good doesn't outweigh the bad and when the bar is set so low and gamers just accept that, that means the quality and quantity of content will be low. That's not something to be hyped about. I want to see AAA content produced, not amateur knowing Bungie has had since 2007.

52 Repliesnah. borderlands 3 have more playable content than this crap
-
Hell yes....Borderla....oh wait, sorry, Shadowkeep! :D

48 RepliesI must be the minority here, but I don't agree paying money to see old enemies I've already defeated in D1. Unless there's a powerful lore reason behind it that makes sense, I just... can't... find the will to be excited about Shadowkeep. It honestly confuses the living heck out of me seeing everyone so excited, and I'm over here like, "Really? But... we've been to the moon. Everything looks the same. We've fought these enemies already." To me it just feels like recycled content for a quick buck, when this DLC should be free. My personal opinion. I guess I'm just jaded at this point. Maybe I'll see differently down the road. For those that are excited about it, I'm glad, I do hope it's good. Unless I completely missed something about Shadowkeep and all the videos I've watched on it; please, feel free to inform me, I would appreciate it.

2 RepliesReally? It looks like Dark Below 2.0. What's there to be excited for?
-
Edited by Zachary: 6/9/2019 7:29:40 PMI'm cautiously optimistic. The trailer and developer video intrigued me but I've learned to not blindly get hyped over destiny due to past iterations.

I cant wait to play on steam with my steam friends!
-
3 RepliesDamn, that's a lot of entitled morons in the comments. "DLC should be free". Jesus Christ.

I only care that the Stadia version is on dedicated servers.... which hopefully means they'll be converting the console and PC versions for dedicated servers as well... eventually. :P

4 RepliesEdited by TSGN Leviathan: 6/8/2019 10:29:31 PMI dont care how many negative Nancy’s get triggered by someone actually being positive for a change so I’ll say it: I’m extremely excited for shadowkeep! That trailer gave me chills, the tone is so sinister. I really hope they nail the psychological aspect they mentioned because in my opinion, Destiny is at its best when the story is dark and ominous. I only hope my university course doesn’t render me unable to join in. It’s my honours year so I’m slightly concerned I actually won’t be able to play at all. Super stoked though! Keep with the dark and sinister tones bungie cos I seriously mean it: that trailer legit gave me chills!

2 RepliesCan't wait for September in general. Borderlands 3, Shadow keep, Monster hunter Iceborne. Man it's a good year to be a gamer.
-
1 ReplyEdited by SubseaGhost: 6/9/2019 12:22:29 AMI'm with you!! No matter the flaws with Destiny, it's still the game I play the most. Just have to adapt and overcome!
-
8 Replies
Who’s with me!
Not really, they haven't reveal anything exciting yet. I'm fact I am annoyed of their use of mmorpg. D2 will never be an mmo, and they are only adding on 3 bare bone stats that should never of been removed to begin with. Then we have the original looter shooters next game coming out at around the same time. That doesn't mean I have given up on destiny, or won't play the next update. I am just saying I will wait and see how it changes, and try it later in the year.

Same. Difference for me is that I’m not going to use my money lmao. Instead, I’m using the money i profited from csgo skins LMAO

1 ReplyNot this time, even though the trailer of Shadowkeep look amazing but so does Curse of Osiris (aka. The worst dlc ever).
