How to tell if a girl likes you?
I dont usually do this kinda thing but... What are some hints and clues you've picked up? I've read various list and stuff but they seem hit or miss in terms of accuracy.
There's a girl I know and she has denied indirectly many times that she has a crush but at the same time does things that would indicate otherwise, not to mention a lot of people ship us unfortunately. As for me I've not really decided one way or the other because I'm not ready for that anyway, but I still get curious.
EDIT: To give a bit of context we used to be in a group chat, which she left a few months ago. Then last week she texts me out of nowhere and straight up tells me I'm the only dude she talks to on a regular basis, that she hasn't really had many close friendships with guys except me, and that "it's easy to talk to guys you don't like". That's of course just one thing, she is always kinds bubbly around me and it's difficult to tell if its just her or it'd just me
EDIT 2: Saw her again recently and she acted like nothing had even happenedb business as usual. Though her very presence at this event is possible because she thought I was there so still mixed signals. Can't belive how much attention this thread has gotten lol

1 ReplyShe might but I would be careful this kinda happened to me but she actually did like me but then decided to switch to a different guy without me knowing so that sucked a lot but just be careful she kinda ruined the whole dating thing for me tbh (I know this sounds dramatic but I don’t care)

Well if you ask them out and they say yes, there's a possibility they like you.

1 ReplyIt really seems to me like she has a bit of a thing for you. But, that leaves the other question: do you like her? I think, most likely, she'll continue to deny it until she gets reciprocation from you that you feel the same. So, I encourage you to ask yourself if you like her. Not to be mixed up with "do you like the idea of a relationship". I had that problem once and it didn't turn out great.

If someone laughs or makes a joke, she’ll look at you to gauge your reaction if she likes you. If she makes an effort to talk to you out of a group of other people she knows

1 ReplyWell my friend, there is only one way to know if a girl likes you. Here is what you have to do. Put some toast in an envelope with her name on it and give said envelope to her. Then wait for up to two days. If she gives you an envelope back..., do not open it until you get home. Get home, open it and there should be nude pics of her inside. The next day talk to her alone after or before school. Then you have to say a secret code, is the peanut butter in the potato? If she answers, No it is in the apple sauce, then she likes you. If she kicks you in the balls and runs away, then it is safe to say she is not interested. Hope that helps

There's a lot of things that people do subconsciously when they're into someone. I'm sure there's a list somewhere but it's honestly just something you feel. If she seems interested in spending time with you instead of hurrying you along, if she touches her hair a lot, if her face gets when red talking to you, if she smiles a lot, touches your arm, shit like that. Just roll with it, don't put too much pressure on yourself.
