They should glow with 4 pieces considering you are definitely going to wear an exotic piece of armor with the gear! I know you can use a synthe to make it glow because it activates all 15 points and let's you have all the perks for 30 minutes but you should either make it 3 hours like fire team medallions! This way you don't need one every half an hour which if your lucky may be two games of gambit prime! And while your at it can we please for the love of God bring back glows to equipment in shader spots or glow shaders! D1 was the best when you could make your armor glow like Crotas end gear!
