Trials not coming back
All we want is a 3v3 elimination game mode where the more you get wins the more you get cool loot but it seems like you don't want to. Pathetic, you clearly don't understand that it's the thing that will make your game live. You are making a mistake bungie.

2 RepliesBecause some big wig is trying to figure out how they can shoehorn Battle Royale into Destiny as that’s the hot potato right now - that’s probably the real reason, as that’s what everyone else is doing When will they learn that being different is good, not following the norm is good and not everyone likes BR games or game modes let alone PVP Destiny PVP should be different from others and sometimes keeping to the same format is actually the thing to do. All they needed to do was update the system to reduce cheating and manipulation

....and? It killed Destiny. Does no one remember? It got the best supers and artifacts nerfed and it messed up pve for a lot of players.

Bungie, It's been 6 months since you took D2 trials away... So what exactly have you been doing since then to fix them? FYI: D1 3v3 elimination trials formula worked for 3 years and YES it was super fun & entertaining. Then, why you're so reluctant to introduce D1 version of trials in D2 with unique armor & weapons? And in meantime, you could take the time necessary to create new formula for D2 Trials as you have so eloquently stated in your recent post. NOTE: With so many competing games around, D2 Crucible Population is going to be at its lowest point very soon. So what are you waiting for?

I thought the explanation for why trials was not returning was pretty lame. Sounds just like someone at Bungie didn’t like it. But the reason was not really given. “Online gaming has changed since 2015.” Does not really explain anything.
