Please remove Enhancement Cores for infusion with this upcoming patch. There is a negative impact on community with this.
I am loving this game and played daily for more than 40 days, from 2-6 hours daily. My hunter reached 650 recently, I love to get my other guardians to this level but knowing that I need tons of cores to use weapons and armors I like is stopping me. I have no problem grinding, I did it before and I am doing it. But grinds comes from playing but Cores are rare and masterworking already needs a good bunch.
I posted on Reddit, it was removed as it was mentioned a lot of times, Forbes, other sites mentioned this, every day it was mentioned here and you claim you listen to feedback. This is very negative to keep guardians from using weapons and armors they like.
When D2 went free on Battlenet, me and gaming Friends and their friends joined D2, many of us liked it and got Forsaken. This infusion cost is an issue for everyone. So, pull your socks up and patch it. Thanks

Farming cores is part of the game. It's not hard to amass quantities of them. Go get em! . . .lol

I have 29 cores and i just use them to infuse different armor sets that may have a better roll. All my powerful engrams and such come to 650 so now it becomes what perks match the style or weapons im gonna use. Spider has his two for shards i buy plus the 7 bounties that contain a core. thats 14 if you have 2 characters or 21 with three. plus whatever you dismantle may give a core or two plus the finest matterweave grants a core after a orange or yellow bar kill. I know the grind sucks but it can be done and the past Dawning event gave me like 10.

9 RepliesPeople going to the tangled on all three characters you can pick up 2 cores if not three for legendary shards dirt cheap, swap out your three man clan for a bigger and more active clan would help too, and doing the vanguard bounties that give cores are pish too, never short But do agree they are pretty pointless in the infuse system, or at least how many they require for a weapon. But as one who played Eso this is a breeeze for maxing out gear

Lol. Your hunter is 650? So that means all the weapons you mainly use, ep shotty and everything is 650. Heres something, you dont need to use any cores because your armor wont make a huge difference unless you need ammo.

7 RepliesYou don't need tons of cores! You don't have to infuse everything you get! Wait till you hit 650 using any old armour then infuse the sets you want!

I just dont like the whole planetary material thing. Its a waste of time having the ground out those materials.

I have to admit that I infused some equipment to get to 650 but, now... pff, I'm not infusing anything. My time is better invested doing and/or playing something else. It's like different levels of grinding. At some point it gets stupid. I'm not saying that we shouldn't grind for anything but, at some point there's a limit for a dog to chase its own tail. I guess it's really efficient with zombies.

With respect. Your clan needs some work. If you shut your three person clan down and joined an an average clan,you would be getting a few more cores from the clan bounty drops for a start. Just saying,maybe there is more you could do to solve your problem....

Looking at your game history you play a lot of destiny , so it shouldn’t be a issue for you? Honestly hasn’t been a issue for me.

I never have any. As soon as I get 3 they are used. Recently I reset Valor twice and along the way received no Enhancement Cores x 10, so I'm down 20 That is an issue for me. The things I could do with TWENTY! AAAARRRRGGHHHH!!!

If you infuse every single gun and armour you have then yeah but I wait for a good roll and only infuse that, buys couple from spider everyday and complete scrapper bounties, managed get a tonne from the dawning also from baking. Ive got more now than I've ever had.
