Edited by farmerscott21: 1/10/2019 9:26:03 PMI remember the discussions on this site following the announcement of their partnership some ~8 years ago. It was shortly after the Infinity Ward fiasco. Everyone knew this would end in disaster. You could see the need to impress shareholders in almost every aspect of Destiny. I have been unwilling to purchase Destiny content for some time now, because it just felt wrong. I'll be paying attention to Destiny again after this news, though. Too bad their partnership claimed the soul and founding employees of old Bungie. Wishing Bungie the best for the future, and a return to the spirit of Bungie's past.
