This is far from a d1 downgrade... dont get me wrong d2 vanilla was abysmal and I still dont quite know how they could go from a pretty good end to d1 to thhat but atm d2 y2 is better than d1 y2. Rewards/loot is pretty great atm with forges, challenging content...well depends who you ask. I certainly would want more of that but im sure the casuals would disagree. Materials are fine, well fine if you count having 7000 legendary shards at your disposal whenever you need anything.
