Izanami Forge unlock is so dumb.
Whose great idea for new content was it to have us run around and do a bunch of things that are recycled just to unlock said content?
Stupidest quest ever to date.
Absolutely pointless, don't learn anything from it. Basically filler as usual.
Before the git gud comments come spewing out. I'm an adult with a full time job and family. Also a solo player to top it off.

This quest has made me stop playing with my other two characters. Don’t even want to go through that again, let alone two more times. They should’ve made it unlock account wide.

100% agree. I started it last night and after 2 hours I was like “There’s MORE??” Not to mention making us do the same public event twice. I just got mad and shut it off.

Don't blame the company for not catering the game specifically to you. You said it yourself, you're an adult. Own up to your choices. Maybe join a clan with more than 5 players and you wouldn't have an issue and possibly have more fun playing.

Actually, I have found the quests to be the best part about each forge, because the activity itself is mundane to say the least. I think I'm just gonna wait for the next global event, because the BA stuff is boring.

If you don't like playing Destiny unless it's completely new content, why are you here? I like playing old content because I enjoy Destiny regardless of whether or not content is new. Old content is still perfectly playable and fun for me as long as I have an incentive to play it, and since it's required to complete the quests, I have the incentive I need. New content is nice, but I don't absolutely need it to enjoy the game. I'm not trying to be a dick, but if you hate Destiny so much, have you considered playing a different game? There are lots of great games out there right now that I would be happy to reference for you.

4 RepliesI`m not gonna say git gud cause it has nothing to do with the quest steps. You don't have to git gud to do them. Honestly I liked the Izanami quest. The length and various things to do was the best thing about it. Think about it, the season of the forge is three months long, we are only three weeks into and we have unlocked three forges. If the quest would be just a quick two steps thing then bam back in the forge shooting Vex, that would be boring. I will not argue that some of the quest steps don't make sense lore wise but overall I really enjoyed unlocking Izanami. More so than the other two.
