When playing any crucible playlist, sometimes the kill feed doesn’t track your own kills, the audible kill “beep” doesn’t trigger, and none of the multi-kill medals trigger. Shax’s dialogue is also greatly limited during this issue.
So far, the only way to fix this has been to completely power down my PS4. Not rest mode, mind you, but completely powered off. So it seems to have something to do with the PS4 system cache because that cache is cleared when powered down.
Once the cache has been cleared, all of the above symptoms are fixed and working, at least for a while. Eventually it comes back and you have to power down again.

Well I just remade my warlock because the issue was only on him...other characters were fine

Its happened a few times to me. Just close the application and actually shut off console and let it sit a few mins. Fire it back up should be gtg

I’ve also been having this problem

Hello, and thank you for your report. We are investigating an issue where players can't see their Crucible killfeed. Currently, the only known workaround is clearing your console's cache.

2 RepliesI've had the same exact issues. A Bnet moderator told me to clear cache by unplugging my PS4 for 5 min which seems to solve it temporarily but it comes back and appears to be a consistent issue.

This may also explain why some quests, like the ace of spades, doesn't track PvP kills. In the AoS quest, there was a match where i got at least 3 or 4 precision kills with a hand cannon, and they didn't register. However, I do remember seeing the kill feed showing me that I was getting precision kills so maybe I'm linking two issues together when they shouldn't.

I'm getting the same issue on xbox. I haven't tried hard resetting my system yet but will try that today. I'm just starting to enjoy crucible but this is taking away so much important information for gameflow.
