I don't know if this has ever shown up on bnet before, but I thought it would be cool if bnet members could share some recipes they've collected and/or created over the years. I don't know if this will take off or not, but we'll see I guess. I'll start.

This is a recipe for Rotisserie Chicken I frequently cook. What you need: 8-10 Cut strips of chicken breasts Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup of milk (optional) Rotisserie Seasoning Salt and Onion seasoning (can’t remember name) Stovetop pan Large bowl Something to turn chicken strips -Directions- 1. Start heating up a stovetop pan with medium heat. 2. While this is going on, pour the milk and chicken strips into a large bowl, and start mixing it all, making sure the chicken soaks up the milk. (This step is optional, it just adds a richer flavor in my opinion.) 3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan until a nice, even layer covers the base. 4. Lay down chicken strips into oil 5. Sprinkle seasoning on both sides of chicken strips. Flip chicken occasionally. 6. Cut open the biggest strip, and occasionally check the inside. Once there is almost no pink visible, turn off heat. 7. Serve! If anyone tries this, let me know what you think. I personally love the taste when it’s done right.
also I don’t tend to cook very often, this is just how I do it.
1 ReplyMy famous recipe:
Hardboiled Eggs

Ingredients and Tools: Pot Water Stove Fresh Eggs Put some water in the pot, then go ahead and plop it on the stove and turn it on to a nice medium. As the water warms up, put as many eggs as you can that can fit on the bottom of the pot. Go ahead and kick back and relax for 6-8 minutes, depending on the intensity of the heat. Once the water starts boiling, turn the stove off and put a lid on top. Wait as long as you want, in fact, the longer the better! (Obviously not a ridiculous amount of time) Then take the eggs out, peel the shells off and enjoy!
NILs Sticky Noodles! First, you take a pack of Ramen noodles. I like the chicken flavored type. Cook it normally, on a stove top or the microwave, whatever you prefer. While it's cooking, take 2/3rds of a slice of Kraft Cheese and rip it into pieces! When the noodles are done dump out the water. Add the mix pack and the cheese bits, then stir for a bit. You can also add other ingredients if you want, I like a bit of salt! Congratulations, you have now made Sticky Noodles!

Edited by Hal0T1nman: 6/14/2018 11:05:21 AMAight, so. We finna make brownies. Get a big-ass mixing bowl, a spoon, and some measuring things. 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup, and tablespoons and teaspoons. Cocoa, preferably Hershey's. Sugar. Flour. Eggs. A tiny bit of salt. Milk. Vanilla. And once they're done, powdered sugar. They usually end up really dense and moist, but seeing as how I forgot the measurements... just improvise. You should have a thick brown paste at the end, enough to fill whatever container you're using. Cook at, like, 350 for 15 minutes. Keep checking because I forgot.
I don't know Celsius, I'm sorry anyone else than Americans.
