Upvote if Fighting Lion is the worst exotic weapon in the game

Edit because someone complained that it offered no constructive feedback: Please make this weapon more effective so that it could force its way to our energy slots. Needs to compete with the likes of Uriels Gift, Sunshot etc
Edit: Hopefully Bungie may see this after having above 2500 upvotes!

2 RepliesSome ideas to get it to it's "exotic" status. 1. Up the base damage. 2. Give its grenade a cluster bomb effect. 3. Make its energy effect work on every energy type to allow it's anti shield ability take down shields with consistent effectiveness. 4. Make grenades fire with a similar effect to a sticky grenade. Possibly with a charge up similar to the Fallen scorch cannons. These are just a few ideas that could make this so called "exotic" worth using. Right now it's the most meh exotic of all the meh exotics.

Maybe a small blast radius buff, and give it a status effect like the other 1 shell launchers.

Learn how to use it. It's meant for crowd control and holding a point in crucible. And if you do hit someone switch to your primary and finish them off

Man, I tried using this granade launcher, but I couldn't hit squat!!! The Prospector on the other hand....is what Fighting Lion should've been.

One of my favorite things to do is to use Fighting Lion in Crucible and see if I can get a kill, if you do it with friends it's a fun way to get through an iron banner match although you actually have to try with your primary

Hey I disagree, it is one of the best looking ornaments I have on my character. Looks way better than that cringe worthy nightfall aura!

2 RepliesThis weapon is a perfect example of why PvE and PvP need seaperate balancing. How can they buff this gun without it ? It be like giving players a heavy in the secondary slot. It's a support weapon used for holding teams back and the suppression of teams. What do people want a 1 shot fighting lion? if that's the case it needs to be a heavy.

1 ReplyIt would be pretty cool of it was like the grenade launcher in Halo Reach where you can detonate it mid launch whenever you want it to. That way it'd make it easier to take advantage of its perk.
