These numbers include D1 too, because 1 server bank for both games and an engine made in 1983 from Deejs old stove :))
Dying rapidly, and statistical analysts suggest the future wont see growth for the franchise, along with Candy crush, and that activision are already going all in on Black Ops 4 in 2018.
Search black ops 4 leak on youtube for info.
Bring on the fanboys
Don't play then
You try making a game
I enjoy it n think it's 11/10
Git gud
It's better than D1 at launch you can't compare it to a 3 yr old game
Wait till the dlc drops
They'll change things over the years
I love pvp
You're still using green guns
Lololol
Edit: Luke Smith says that because the majority who play, have hit level cap, it means people are sticking around, lololololol

one thing that article at the end of op post does say is that Luke Smith feels this game is a collection game. It doesn't say this is a shooter/looter, which then tells us something. Destiny 1 WAS a shooter/looter and was why many of us have raged about the game since a few weeks after launch. the Game changed and has changed to a collection game.. although, there is nowhere to show what you collected or what you still have yet to collect and that duplicates don't matter.. but, still. In a nutshell, what many players want from a shooter/looter will likely never occur if this game is indeed a collection game as Luke insists it is and that the decision to move to static rolls is still the best decision.

It's so bad now that Bungie likely threatened DestinyTracker get rid of the chart or lose API access. (DestinyTracker could have added weekly actives and Monthly actives charts if they thought the narrative was "false", instead they killed the daily one)

Wait and see how many Pc gamers actually drop of like flies lol

1 ReplyHere, have a mute.

I just wanted to know more about the exo stranger, since 2014.
-
And people will be back, like always, when DLC hits. Nothing new dude.
-
I noticed that myself. If they don't start doing something about it there won't be a Destiny year four.

43 RepliesI got home from work today and walked in my kids room to say hi after coming home from work and I saw he was playing D1, I said why aren’t you playing D2 his response was “I did everything in that game and I still have guns and armor I want to get in D1 and the original destiny is way more fun anyway, I think I wanna trade in D2 for Mario Odyssey on my Switch when it comes out”

1 ReplyEdited by TaCTiCaL32: 10/18/2017 5:18:48 PMFluke Smith....lol

Rinse and repeat game play is hella boring.
-
You can literally see the spikes in reset days and then thbbbtttttt

2 RepliesD2 is so shit I returned to Gears of War 4 yesterday...another game ruined by greedy and lazy devs I might add. I actually had some fun though, so right now, TC>Bungo. WTF is that! I mean really!!!!!
-
1 ReplySucks. Guess ill play something else then because i'm a reasonable and rational adult and know when its time to move on.
-
The numbers will drop way below destiny 1 due to bungie turning there backs on the hardcore players
-
Yeah this game sucks
-
It's looking bad for PvP players. PvE isn't far behind though.
-
2 RepliesThere's probably between 1.3-2.8 million people playing. PvE has the most play. The chart is showing PvE and PvP. Assuming that there are people who will play more PvP or PvE than the other, we can assume the player numbers are around 2 million
-
6 RepliesSo it still has a higher player base then the garbage that is year 3 D1? Good to know. The numbers will climb significantly on the 20th through the 24th.
-
Is there a way to determine how many of the 1.3M played Destiny instead of Destiny 2?
-
1 ReplyOk cool story bud. Thanks for you input. To me, its a game. Its not amazing, Destiny was never amazing but its enjoyable for different reasons. I don't get myself in a knot about it, I jump on play have a laugh for however many hours I'm on there. I earn my stuff and just relax. its no big deal to me. People seem to forget your comparing Destiny 1 at its life cycle of 3 years to Destiny 2 at its start. Both in their early spells are a little under whelming that changes with time. Stat rolls on weapons, we could argue this all day I think. The variation is cool as we used to have yes. But is was annoying as shit being outclasses by the same weapon because of some stats. Now people are on a even level you can't stay escape with the better weapon. Each to their own. I still want to raid as much as possible if I have the time because I like collecting armour and weapons, its a habit. Do I hate being killed with Mida all the time. Yes. Am I here to have fun, yes do I care? No. Am I defending them? No. A game's a game its for enjoyment purposes.

3 RepliesEdited by Haallstroem: 10/18/2017 4:31:59 PMI think the player base will go up a bit now when prestige raid is released. But after a while people will see that there is nothing more to it, the player base will drop again. Just before the dlc is dropped in december my guess is that the player base will be closer to or under 1 million. Belive me, I wan't D2 to succed, but something have to be done to the so called endgame.

1.3 now
-
4 RepliesLook another monkey flinging his pooh.
-
3 RepliesYou forgot “I like the nightfall timer” And “I like like locked load outs on guns”
-
10 Replies450 raids completed in D1 0 raids completed in D2 I have 0 completions because of getting bugged out or error coded (twice), and garbage fireteams (twice). This game is not fun; abilities are diminished, the fan-base has evacuated, and Bungie STILL "listens" but doesn't care.
