Only to pull the rug out on 6 man PVP in the second game? Some of my favorite destiny 1 time was spent laughing my ass off in banner with my regular raid group. Now I have to hope a couple of them are busy and don't show up. Sucks to force us to split up into two groups for what reason again?

1 ReplyLet's say that Destiny had 4-man teams, but D2 had 6. Would you make a post about your group having to drag 2 randoms along?
-
6 RepliesThis is literally the smallest inconvenience I can think of, & you're complaining about it.

2 RepliesVery rarely have I played an entire raid and at the end thought I'll go and play pvp. So maybe you guys are in the minority.

It just seems silly that your raid team will only ever be your raid team, because 2 people will have to go in order to do anything else. And NO medals !! It seems such a small thing but I kinda loved getting those 'wrecking ball' or 'get it off' medals pop up on the screen, even had a few 'phantom' medals. Another silly move.

... for reasons unknown since the game hasn't come out yet...

After playing Halo 5 and battlefield one again I prefer the 4v4. The connection is better and the games can be closer when your teammates know how to hold a controller (which isn't that often).

Its trials in disgiuse

Even worse, split it even 3 and 3 and twice the fun of a crapshoot random.. What'll it be PvP god or PvP monkey... Bonus Round!

1 ReplyI hate the idea of kicking a friend so we can play Strikes.
-
2 RepliesHow dare you, Bungie. Having the ghaul to make a sequel different from the previous game.
-
2 RepliesBecause PvP is a side activity that has no real purpose beyond extending game life for those who think PvP extends game life (lol).
-
Is it really that hard to adapt to a 4 man strat if you already had 6 down pat ? This complaint seems pretty petty
-
More competitive, better balance, better connections.
-
1 ReplyIt's probably an attempt to alleviate all the connection problems. Having to ping 8 people is better for connections than 12.

And I bet the majority aren't in a Clan & don't play with a regular group, so Bungie are going to cater to the majority 👍🏻
-
Have they officially said the new raid is for 6 players?
-
2 RepliesI'm with you.... it kind of sucks. I have played with the same 5 guys since the beta. We liked taking the raid group into crucible, mostly control and clash. Now... have to leave 2 behind.

Edited by ││█║▌│: 7/17/2017 12:11:32 PMI was annoyed at the 4v4 thing at first, but the other changes they made to PvP eased any concerns I had. Besides, IG was far worse in their player reduction in the third Resistance game. Resistance 1: Up to 40 players in one game Resistance 2: Up to 60 players in one game Resistance 3: Up to 16 players in one game 4v4 from 6v6 is nothing compared to the bullshit IG pulled with Resistance 3.

2 Repliesjust think if We had regional servers, We could have 12 v 12. or better.

Balance and better connections, that's your reason. Think of all the times you seen posts whining about balance and connections now imagine bungie trying to sort that out. This is the solution.
