"He's dead?...No."
Traci smiled in a strange, almost sick fashion. She was clearly not right in the head at the moment.
"Father, you can get up now. This isn't funny!"

The body didn't move. The ghost shimnered into existence. "You weren't fast enough... He's not dead but..." The ghost shook his head.
-
"Of course he's not dead! He can't die! You'll be alright, father!" She snickered for some reason and started to pick him up. "I'll get us to a hospital and you'll be aaaaaaaall better!"
-
The body suddenly jerked to the side, falling from her grasp. It twitched and writhed. One of the worms is in his brain! It rose to it's feet slowly, making choked coughing sounds.
-
Traci rolled her eyes. "A worm can't take me down with just my father's body. Now, the question is...Can I just teleport us out of here?"
-
It wouldn't matter. He wouldn't make it to surgery. Cannon's body turned towards her. She could see his eye through the crack in his visor. It was starring into space, just like a dead man. The creature mived towards her, growling. "T-Traci..."
-
"........" Traci took a deep breath and pulled out the sword, shutting her eyes. "Don't speak, father. That'll only make it harder...if I can do it."
-
The creature dropped to it's knees, the eye focused. "Traci.... P-please..." It coughed again. You failed... I thought you'd be able to save me...
-
Traci raised the blade, keeping her eyes closed. "Father, please don't speak. Please." A tear ran down her cheek and her hands began to shake. "I'm not a failure."
-
Then why the kriff didn't you save me!? The Ghost was angry now. You screw up! I thought I could trust you to save me! Why didn't you!?
-
"I'm so sorry!" Traci dropped the sword and fell to her knees, crying. "I'm so sorry, father! I'm so sorry, mother! I've done nothing, but annoy you both!" She covered her face with her hands now.
-
You are a failure. A pathetic failure. You really think we ever loved you? The Ghost sneered, almost laughing as it spoke. If so you're even dumber than I thought.
-
"I'm so sorry...." Traci fell over into a fetal position. "I've only made your lives worse..."
-
Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. The ghost laughed at her as Cannon disintegrated in front of her, blowing away like dust. You weren't even strong enough to finish the job... Truly pathetic. It wasn't Cannon's voice anymore.
-
It didn't matter, Traci remained crying on the ground, mumbling random insults directed at herself.
-
"Get up you pathetic joke." The 'ghost' kicked her.
-
Traci quickly stood up with her head hung low. "O-Okay...." She said, barely audible.
-
"Did you think I loved you?" It demanded, back to Cannon's voice.
-
"Y-Yes...." She said, still quiet as a whisper.
-
He slapped her across the face. Hard. "Pathetic. I wouldn't have shot you if I cared about you. Mirsh'osik."
Translation: crap brain.
-
Traci yelped and held her cheek in her hand. "Ow...I'm sorry. I deserved that...."
-
"No, you deserved this." His fist connected with her stomach.
-
"Gah!" She held her stomach in her arms now and nodded. "Y-Yes...I-I'm sorry...."
-
He struck her face with his fist. "I never loved you." He hit her again. "Never." And again.
-
She held up her arms to block after the first couple of punches. "Ow! I'm sorry! I'm so so sorry!"
-
He grabbed her by the throat. "I should have never had Charlie bring you back."
