If there is one thing that I've wanted in Destiny since I first saw the Solar damage type was a flamethrower. Just being able to burn alive swarms of Hive, or melting away a Centurions shield. Imagine how cool it would be! Grenade Launchers are cool and all, but I wish we had gotten a Flamethrower. Maybe if it was arc it could shoot electrically-charged beams, or a Void-thrower could spray space dust! Think of the possibilities! Edit: I was thinking like a low range laser of sorts, but with some more bloom. And no DoT. Please. No more DoT. I also understand that we won't get it in D2. But maybe a DLC or D3?
