Destiny year 1 was the best
Bring it back please. Year one pvp that is. Only referring to pvp. Okay and pve
Guys I have the founders emblem in this game. So I was here since release date and I have always loved everything about the game. Name any overpowered weapon from year one I loved it. Name any super in year one I loved it. Name any grenades in year one I loved it. Any abilities the classes used it Loved it.
To me year one was the best. The game isn't as lovable to me as it was back in year one destiny. I remember all the players in the community asking for all kinds of nerfs and changes. I would always make a post going against the complainers about wanting nerds instead of just adapting and learning aka get good. Point is I LOVED YEAR ONE DESTINY

Agreed. Year 1 made all the friends I currently have on my friends list. Had best memories of this game up until the first expansion. Destiny Year 1 was a really cool experience. I reckon it's been different for everyone for different reasons. Year 1 was epic. Even little Dinklebot will be forever missed.

2 RepliesI miss a lot of the perks from year 1. Rangefinder shot-package and hammer forged used to be a thing you could have on a shotgun. Back when they weren't outclassed in range and damage by party popper confetti. I miss fusion rifles feeling like a powerful option in the crucible for any player that can plan ahead, because otherwise you would be killed before you could finish charging your weapon. I miss sniper rifles being able to hold more than 20 bullets. And I most certainly miss the feeling of getting an exotic. When they were rare. Honesty, they could of just added new exotics to the pool, never added three of coins and it would of worked, if only bungie bothered to implement this "smart loot" thing they had been talking about since 2014. And if they had just let people bring their exotics forward right away instead of time gating them, or making people re earn them. Or making people re-RNG them... Anyway, that's my rant on the subject.

I miss year 1,pve and pvp. And the sad thing is...it will never come back. Bungie made it to casual year 2 and year 3 way to easy. Get a Gjallerhorn in about an hour. Year 1 i got it after 6 months! It's not fun if a game's reward system is to generous. I see it now with ark and the cheatcodes. When you get everything to easy the games fun will drop! That happened for me and other millions. Bungie dropped the fun to grind and play raids for something useful. I can go on but i better stop

2 RepliesNah. year 1 was stupidly imbalanced. imo the best it ever got was right around a month or 2 after ttk was dropped. when they did 3 seperate posts on each class and their balancing updates.
