PvP players shouldn't rule our game
This update was PvP based. So why did it -blam!- the PvE. I was excited for this patch, because it posed a lot of good for pvp. PvP. Not pve. I thought they would separate the two (for once). But we all got nut on by Bungie, and now we are left with another issue. Why is it that PvP rules our game. It is one tiny fragment that makes up destiny. So why is it that when the raids and strikes are packed full of glitches, and some stuff needs fixing in pve, they do nothing. But PvP, a few people complain about the current meta, so they incorporate parody, that way those complainers can be happy. It's stupid! Because now it's messing with our side of destiny. Now the PvP problems are giving US problems. I'm pretty ass at PvP, but my clan is pve. We are a group of friends that just want to have fun, but PvP is messing with that. I'm sorry, but destiny will never be balanced, unless their are two different sets of stats for weapons. Hell, two different gear types. It just won't work.

My assumption is that Destiny 1 has too little PvE content to keep people interested beyond a couple months, so they focus on PvP because it requires less resources from their team. Maybe Destiny 2 will change this. I think until then those who keep playing have to assume they are in Destiny 2 beta.

They suck nuggets at maintaining balance between the two. They also never give PVE players what they want. Just always focusing on the complaints of crucible crybabies. Which is fine. If that's what they want to do, fine. It's their game. However they will not be receiving a $60 bonus from yours truly lol. This game has been a train wreck of lies, deceit and disappointment since the day it came out. I don't expect different from Destiny 2 and if it's a whole new game and not an expansion, anyone who thinks they aren't stealing your money at that point is flat out blind, deaf and dumb.

2 RepliesThing is though when you're all set and done with the pve content what is it that you do next? You repeat the same content over and over. It doesn't matter how your guns are changed or affected. You're still gonna bullet spray all the ads and bosses it makes no difference at all. People got bored of the stale pve content so they resorted to pvp. In pvp those changes affect it drastically. Better to play against others and get some kick and satisfaction out of the game rather than completing the raid for the 50th time that at this point is second nature.

When will you children learn that bungie stopped caring about pve because they realized that it would cost money to improve on it and make it worth while. So they decided to get a bunch of 14 year olds to change number values in the code and call it a patch.

Because it's easier and foremost cheaper to maintain PvP. And even if PvP players ask for something it's Bungie that carries it out. Bungie is the one incapable of coding the two separately.

16 RepliesPvE is a joke man, and it is not a "tiny fragment", it is the majority of the player base. Where is the proof that Bungie changed things because "a few people complain". Ik people whine on the forums but they have people that actually play the game and are trying to balance everything accordingly. I do agree that gear and subclasses should have their own PvP and PvE benefits. When they nerf PvP, it shouldn't effect PvE and this patch I cant really think of any way it did.
