Exotic class item spawn effects?
My FWC cloak isn't doing a spawn Effect. Is this a known issue?

The spawn effect is the only reason to even wear this junk. The +2 faction rep is trash when you could be getting +5 vanguard or crucible rep from a Legendary class item

Hey Praetor1990, Since the release of Rise of Iron, some Exotic Faction Class Items have not been properly displaying the spawn in effect.
