Sure. Maybe first time reaching the Lighthouse will reward (if tier based matchmaking which it really should be) will reward the shaders, the emblems, and some nice gear compared to your current tier first time. Then it's a grind for that particular tier gear in preparation of the next tier. A system that encourages players to actually play trials for some cool rewards not just for the sake of curb stomping noobs which it has become.
