I would say that with these perks and this archetype... The TTKs are most likely identical across the 3. (3 burst kill with 7 of 9 Bullets being headshots) If you know how you like to play... I'd say pick the one that suites your style or your class' style. Personally, I think, if you like playing defensively, rangefinder may give you more consistency in landing 3 burst kills. Single point sling is a really underrated perk for PvP too.
