Game won't download on PS4 from disc
Just bought the legendary edition disc for PS4, brand new from store, put it in and it won't download. The screen goes to the title and says Pre-Release Beta. I have a PSN and Plus account. Don't know how to fix it or what to do. Please help if you can.

1 ReplyHello, Thank you for your report. Can you possibly provide a screenshot or video of exactly what it is that you are encountering? Furthermore, in which screen are you seeing the "Pre-Release Beta" messaging?

Hello draconian, the problem you are describing is a well known problem. There are other player who experience the Same thing. Try a reset ? Maybe that will do the job. Bungie still had to fix this problem. Hope i helped. Have a nice day Guardian.

THERE IS A KNOWN PROBLEM REGARDING THIS, FOR NEW AND OLD GAMES IT SEEMS. BUNGIE HAS YET TO FIX IT, IT SEEMS. sorry for the caps but yeah, this is a problem. People tried everything and to no avail. Stand by.

Same problem here. No matter how many times I try to restart or delete, every time I install it drops from an 18gb download to a 180mb one and then reads "Pre-Release Beta" on the launch screen. HALP?!
