What's your luckiest day in Destiny?
Today, after what seems like a lifetime of trying, I got my first Eyasluna with rangefinder, braced frame, and luck in the chamber.
Then I decided to go try and get a God roll on a 1000 yard... but the cryptarch had only primary and heavy.. so I got a heavy.. it had a higher reload than it did blast radius.. so I got rid of it..
I then proceeded to get a legacy engram from zur and (if I didn't already have the blueprints for it I would have been so happy) I got a helm of saint 14.
So after collecting my cryptarch package I found that I had received a legendary secondary.. so I thought to myself. I still have a chance. So what happens? I decrypted it...
I got a sniper, may have not been the one I necessarily was going for, but I still wanted it..

Now I know what some of you may be thinking. 1, this guy sucks and even though I've never met him, I already hate him. 2, dude I've never had that luck before. 3, I already have really good guns, so I don't care. 4, good for you man, I'm happy that you've finally got what you wanted. And 5, is he here only to gloat and rub it in people's faces?
Well to that last part, no, no I'm not. I came here to ask you one question.
What's the luckiest day in Destiny you've had so far?
This would come in second for me, right after the day I got 3 hawkmoons in year 1.

7 RepliesIn Y1 I got 7 exotics from VoG in one run. 3 from the chest, 2 for beating Atheon and 2 from the legendaries the Cryptarch package gave me. In Y1 I got 4 G-Horns on the same day. 1 from the PoE chest,1 from Atheon, 1 from Crota and lastly one from crucible.

2 RepliesMy luckiest day was when some guy was teabagging me in the treasure room after Prison of Elders. I was not dead, had not died, had twice his number of kills, and even revived him at one point. It felt so great to see him all up in my face doing squats.

1 ReplyYear 1: Getting a gally doing crota, then getting the exotic bounty for invective and bad juju. Year 2: Hard mode on my hunter gave me 4 335 Primaries 2 335 Helmets 1 335 Chest Piece 2 335 Artifacts 1 335 Ghost 1 335 Heavy It was oryx challenge.

2 RepliesYesterday I was so lucky to find good gaurdians because I was 308 and I LFGed for the nightfall then after we did Challange of Elders then hard raid (I don't have ToM or Spindle) at the end of the night I was 318.

3 RepliesA couple of weeks ago, I spent a whole day just grinding out heroic strikes to use up 4/5 rep boosters that I had. In total, I ranked up my vanguard 4 times, and each time I had a year 1 weapon drop. Badger CCL: Last resort Perfect balance Outlaw Shadow Price: Persistence Rifled barrel Danger close LDR 5001: Shortgaze/Ambush Triple tap Armor piercing rounds Spray and play LDR 5001: Longview SLR10/Ambush Last resort Injection mold Hidden hand That was a good day.
