Can someone tell me what the goldshire joke is?
Why do people not go to goldshire? I went there on a normal server and nothing unusual happened, what's the running joke I keep seeing on the Internet?

It's because of what's happened in the past (may still be happening for all I know) at goldshire on certain RP realms.
