I did nothing to prepare for tomorrow.
I am a year 1 and beta player.
Edit: Really though, fool me once, twice, three times. Probably a 4th time. Never again will I waste so much time on something that just ends up being obsolete. Never again.

4 RepliesSame. What's the point? 6 months from now raise everything again and grind some more. Kings Fall was the last straw. I love this game and will continue to play but it will be how I want to play. I'm not grinding anymore. I'll get to 335 light a few hours after the next update. Just like I'll be 320 light now that this update is out. I just want to shoot some aliens, drink some alcohol, and relax.

I just stacked some bounties the past few days to tackle, but I did not edge my factions like in previous DLC drops. I'll take my time with getting the new gear.

I haven't done anything either. I fired up Destiny a week or so ago to play a little Iron Banner, but haven't played since then. I might have an engram or two on a character, but I didn't do anything otherwise.

I have: 12 exotic engrams 10 Legendary engrams 150 motes on each character 150 Legendary marks A few 3oC A bazillion runes for CoO 320 infusion guns And plenty of planetary mats. Good to giggity go!!!

1 ReplyDay one player here and I'm very casual now still haven't done oryx but have done a challenge mode and I play here and there without getting burnt out. I didn't do anything to prepare for update . Just play it and take your time no rush . And if you don't prepare you won't run out of "content" in a week. Play casually though is pretty good :)

yeah same here, I was trying to edge rep and stock up on marks but then half way through I said -blam!- this shit. The repetitiveness, I did not miss it at all. I tried playing PVP but the same shit from before I stopped playing happened immediately on my first game. Gives me the worst teammates constantly, people with no -blam!-ing clue constantly having to be carried. SBMM or not this game has some algorithm designed to -blam!- over certain players it seems. How the hell do I not play for a month and do better than my entire team off the bat? And with a different control layout I'm trying to get accustomed too btw.
