Is it just me or is trials just too hard. Winning 9 games ( 7 with boons ) and no losses ( 1 with boons ). I think it is unrealistic for most people to go flawless
Maybe they should change it to 5 wins and 3 losses, so the more casual players have a shot at going.
This is just a thought. Maybe bungie will address this and change trials to make it more casual.

1 ReplyI would love to go flawless but I'm not that great with a sniper and I don't have doc or tlw

Yesterday was ridiculously easy. Went flawless twice and carried on for scarab and only lost when we came up against TERRIBLE PLAYERS who had to resort to kicking my team from the game. And even then they barely beat us. The rewards from the lighthouse need to improve. Got a hand cannon both times less than 315 light and that's it! Lighthouse is stupid, you can tell they had everything removed from the social space cause Bungie and they're stupid money making schemes. Osiris DLC soon I bet with more vendors in the lighthouse with things to do. Why on earth is this not in the game already Bungie? PS, sort out your damn servers. How are they so easy to manipulate? I hear people getting kicked from games all the time it's a joke. Cheaters. Must. Be. Permanently. Banned.

Maybe most people aren't meant to get the Lighthouse? Ever thought of that? If getting to the Lighthouse was little to no challenge, why would you even want to get there? The chance of a loot chest? Having to fight tooth and nail to get there is a big reason why so many find it fun.

After reading some of the comments I see some of the community likes the brutal challenge. They should have 2 game modes then. Hardcore and Casual. 3 cards wiped, each with 8 wins = whole day! Such a time consuming activity

3 RepliesEdited by PwNy: 3/5/2016 5:55:13 PMI think it should be unrealistic for most people. "Most people" don't deserve rewards for being bad. What the hell is the point?!

Edited by ThankYouBungle: 3/5/2016 10:24:54 PMAgreed. I've went a few times and it seems like it gets harder and harder each week. I'm at a point where I'm totally capable of it but it's so much stress for such a prolonged period of time I'd rather just pass and play for fun. I think 7 wins (with boons) would be a sweet spot for me to actually enjoy the game mode
-
The point of Trials is that it's not for casuals. This what happens when they give out participation awards, the goal gets lower and lower.
I've never done Trials so I'm not an elitist. It's not for everyone and I accept that
-
Nope, i'm a bad pvp Player and went flawless today. And last week.
-
It is unrealistic for most people to go flawless. That's because it's endgame content. I know I won't go flawless, sometimes you just have to accept that.
-
No just full of hackers and lag switchers.

Although I would like for everyone to at least see the lighthouse once, I don't think it should be an easy thing to do. I've been flawless on all 3 characters yesterday and helped another friend of mine for a 4th visit. 7 wins into my 4th card we got match made to a fireteam with an above average KD. One of the guys send me a message asking and begging us to just wipe and kill ourselves. When I asked him why he said that he was farming for the scarab emblem. I simply told him that although the scarab emblem is RNG, you still have to earn it by beating others consecutively! Begging will not help, I'm not just going to give it to ya!! Anyways, if you're on the PS4, hit me up for Trials and I'll help you when I can.

I tried trisls once. Team was instasniped by a gang of ramsingers. I don't think I'm going back there.
-
What is the point of trials if it is too easy? Smh
-
I just grind out the welfare packages and be done with it. No chance I'll go flawless, I suck at PvP. Check my stats and tell me otherwise ;)
-
I don't know. Trials is too scary.

3 RepliesEdited by CaptainW1nky: 3/5/2016 9:33:08 AMI'm average and all I ever buy is mercy and sometimes don't even need it. So that's 9 wins in a row. I go flawless a few times every week. It's not hard, what makes it hard is if you have bad team work or just don't mesh together play style wise. We'll beat teams with 2 plus kd/s no problem because they are used to going off on their own and wrecking then run across a team of .8's and lose because they play well together.

I just find it annoying that it is pretty much impossible to get 320 exotics out of the chest.... but meanwhile I've had a 320 ram from silver tier package o.o
-
http://youtu.be/JA4B2u4zXZ8 Trials is easy
-
I would love to get to the lighthouse someday but its prolly not gonna happen. 9 wins in a row is a lot. No matter who you are
-
Trials is to easy.
-
3 RepliesI never been to the lighthouse but i wouldnt change it, if you manage to get there it really feels as a reward/accomplishment. I will stick to the bounties for now
-
All I really look forward to is Trials. Why should I not have to play it because other people can't make it to the lighthouse? Worst case scenaroo, if they did lock people out after flawless I would just play to 8 wins and scrap my card, then get another one. Come Monday, I would just play and go flawless.

Edited by Ongy: 3/5/2016 9:20:20 AMIt took me like 2 months to go flawless for the first time. Why? Because it was incredibly difficult finding someone to play with as everyone asked for the flawless emblem (I didn't have it). People also didn't like the fact that I main a titan and so the recruitment section was a nightmare for me. That didn't stop me though, I played rumble hours on end and I became better. Now I can go flawless without boons. If you're not good then play rumble, it helps a lot! Don't give up and don't settle for less. Trials isn't meant to be easy Edit: should've read that. Op is mr. PP -_-
