Did you know there are other Warlock subclasses besides sunsinger in PvE?
If you need to self res in Kings Fall then you're bad. There's other warlock subclasses that can actually help your team out my killing adds for them quickly which will keep [i]everyone[/i] alive not just yourself.

Warlock is my least favorite class to play, and I'm fairly likely to screw up a jump. I'll stick with Sunsinger.

I can panic use it for health with Transcendence , which also increases the time allowing me to finish up them higher level enemies, but Perpetual charge also allows me to use abilities almost more than weapons. [spoiler] I've also noticed that the landfall perk or impossible machines will blind enemies it doesn't kill. [/spoiler]

Not sure if anyone knows but when I run self rez and see a opening I pop and make orbs then fill my super by killing things and carry on rez isn't s crutch it's a clutch

I use to use it as a crutch… like hard af. And then I said, no. No more of this crap. That was back right after VoG. I stopped using the class entirely (minus lvl 35 PoE and hard Crota). The game is so much more enjoyable not having to rely on a second life. You pass levels quicker, get more kills, and have more fun. I don't think I've used SS since the TTK drop. It's great!

4 RepliesEdited by VULGAR MOTH: 12/24/2015 3:02:43 PMAt oryx I jumped towards the echo Tomake him slam faster and hopefully minimize the damage to my team, if I get hit then I can self Rez, otherwise no one can really do that without messing themselves up. also being on plates is the warlocks or hunters job, atleast hunters can use a smoke grenade to get back safely if the adds are crowding around to much. Plus the flame shield is amazing for using touch without blessings

War priest you kill the set, kill the knight and leave the rest for the guy with the mark. For oryx most strategies do not require you to kill adds and if they do its while you're in the invincible bubble with a tom. So where should I use it. Wouldn't it make more sense I be a sun singer get so I can self red if I die. I could also use it during the shade to take all the damage and prevent my teammates death

Voidwalker is great for cqc fights, especially with ram, I love stormcaller and the ionic blink for evading tougher enemies or long ranged attacks, and I use sunsinger when my team asks for it.

I do use storm but why you will use storm to kill knight that are easy has hell?

I never run Sunsinger. I leveled it up year one. Probably haven't used it since I ran Skolas right before the original cut off for MoT. Can't stand Sunsinger.

Stormtrance and nova bomb just aren't very good for the oryx fight. The benefit of double grenades plus the flame shield make sunsinger better to run, plus if you die you won't necessarily cause a wipe.

I play with radiant skin except for at oryx. Its a fun subclass to play
