I mean, yeah I see the plans and don't agree with the business model. But, I am having fun with chasing certain guns and trying to get the best rolls. It's like collecting Pokemon cards to me. Nowadays I don't have much time to play and at this pace I quite enjoy myself.
In the demo, I spent hours shooting stuff in the Divide in the Cosmodrome. That tiny place had a great atmosphere to me. Sometimes I put some nice music on, and go explore the environments. No stressing about lagswitchers in Trials, noobs in raids, just me, my new gun and the place I am in. And I am on 360, but still love the beauty of the scenery.
Might not work for everybody, but stop stressing about something that supposed to relief stress.
See you guys out there! I always wave.

3 RepliesCustomers have a right to dissatisfaction when there is a problem with a product they've purchased. And Destiny has a lot of problems.

I do, but the community makes it less enjoyable now.

Love playing the game. Get caught up in the toxicity
-
I do I mean, probably 75% of my playtime is just running around on patrols killing stuff, hunting chests and mats, and working on bounties, an activity most people think is boring but I love it. I think almost everything on the game is fun. I do avoid a few crucible game types, but mostly I love everything.

It's the only way I can play it now. I still enjoy the hell outta shooting shit in this game, along with the music and environments. However, striving to get all of the exotics as well as all the raid gear for three characters, I left that to year one. Not the least bit interested in the grind, especially when it's so random and your opportunities are time gated.

3 RepliesI don't play Destiny for loot anymore. For me Destiny has always been about the people you meet and the times that you have with those people good or bad. I met my some of my best friends from this game and for us it's more just screwing around on strikes or mayhem because it's fun. Instead of crying nerf at someone, go kill him with a test weapon. Instead of grinding for some strike gear, go get a friend and see how many assists you can get without killing an enemy in a strike. Destiny is a GAME, don't waste your anger on it.

I don't really play much anymore. I'm no toxic person though; I just want this game to be better.

The only reason I keep coming back to the forums is in the hope that there will be a message that says bungies approved this game and made it like what it was advertised to be before release and not this boring grind galore. But to answer your question, yes I play to have fun that is why my friend's and I bought Ark survival on xbox to play together. that game is fun and rewarding with a feeling of accomplishment.
-
I rarely play, but when I do, I kind of regret it later because I have so many games I haven't even played.
-
I don't play anymore

I try to, but it is getting very hard to do so, when PvE has very little "Fun" to do

1 ReplyI play to hopefully get that fatebringer 2.0 someday. I used to want the psion flayer mantle but I already got 2 of them. I don't like to raid though. Something about doing the same activity for 3 or 4 hours doesn't sit well with me

Edited by WHlTEG0ULD: 12/20/2015 11:23:29 PMI play for fun, but I got alot of lfg fireteams who only invite me when they need help with something and never, ever want to help back.
-
meee but its not fun anymore :(
-
Why would you play if you weren't playing for fun?
-
1 ReplyI bought this game was disappointed but still play and have fun and try to get my money's worth

Me only 308 light

This guy. I believe crucible is fun to play every now and then. I avoid all the elitist PvE players who demand to have ToM and 310+ light and I don't enjoy PvP players who over-criticize everything. I don't do raids often. And I could be considered half decent at crucible.

I still have fun playing this game. I just play way less...no running bounties, very few strikes or playing patrol. Hard mode run on two characters and some SRL and that's it for the week.
-
Awesome game, I still play a lot. Sometimes frustrating, but hey... It's a loot based game, can't have everything.

Edited by Vargbrandr: 12/20/2015 8:12:31 PMThis game is awesome. It's good to see a Dev put continuous, careful, attention to a game.
