Brace yourselves. The 25s are coming.
[i]Truly these are the end times for us. New Guardians will be buying their way to level 25, and the rest of us will have no way of beating them. I can see it now.
[b]"Looking for two others for flawless Trials run. Must be level 25, and must have starting auto rifle. Fake 25s will be kicked."[/b]
[b]"Looking for a team to take down Oryx, must be level 25 to join. If any of your gear is greater than Uncommon, you will be kicked."[/b]
[b]"Need a team of 25s for Nightfall, you'll be kicked if you have more than 20 armor materials."[/b]
This is the end of an era for us veterans. We can't hope to compete with these new Guardians who have bought their way into power. We are being phased out. [/i]

Question: Does this "instant 25" come with it's perks, or does it rely on it's boosted XP gains to get it's perks after being 25? I'd find it quite amusing if they have to level the perks and the Strike playlists fill with a bunch of 25s that can't do anything but fire a weapon & regular melee.
