I love that people are still blowing up this thread with jokes about Datto. I watched him a little yesterday cause I was bored at work. Guy was turning bright red trying to keep his cool whilst helping a new player through the raid.

Bungie has always done changes to Destiny that are directed towards career players, about time they focused on the casual players. Datto has to stop whining is all

I'll repeat what some others have said: if datto wants a challenge, he just needs to lfg hard mode with randoms. And after a few minutes of screaming at them, like he does at his own clan, the rando who is party leader will boot him straight out. I watch his videos, and I usually appreciate his info, but he is too cozy with his clan, which is like a warm blanket on a cold Saturday morning. I think he comes off as annoying primarily because he has a louder voice due to YouTube and Twitter than the rest of us. For him it's a career to keep him out of mom and dads house, for the rest of us it's just a game.

Datto should get out of the house and stop relying on Destiny to make his worthless days go by. It's a game.

My question is.... Who the -blam!- cares? I certainly don't give one damn about some youtubers opinion. Especially some skinny nerd -blam!- like himself.

[A good portion of] Datto's life revolves around playing this game. He streams hours of gameplay. So do other Twitch streamers and Youtubers who have made it their goal to entertain others playing just this game. OF COURSE they won't be satisfied with challenge mode! NOTHING Bungie implements will [i]ever[/i] be difficult enough or interesting enough to please them. You hear how much people who play this game casually complain, how do you think someone who plays [i]this much[/i] feels about Destiny? This doesn't mean Challenge Mode is a failure. It just means these players play [enough to be hyper critical of the game]. [Some people hate the new challenge mode because it isn't challenging. Some people love it because you actually get rewards now instead of moldering shards every time. I like how datto considers himself "hardcore" when I double his KD on my Titan. He seems like a victim, The kind of dude I'd humiliate in crucible then he'd proceed to make a rant / review on youtube about the balance of the game lol

I honestly hate Datto. He goes full-on tryhard, and let's not forget his video telling Bungie about cheese spots. He doesn't realize not everyone plays 24/7, and writing a script for a video on a GAME is just ridiculous. New challenge mode! Not as "complex" as promised, but still something new and actually interesting, seeing as we now know that 50 fragments is possible, and there might be some form of reward. Destiny isn't a hardcore game that requires the greatest skill to play. Things like supers are there to help a struggling player, and don't require much skill at all, just aspects of Destiny being casual. He treats it as his life. He wants everything to be difficult, and hardcore, and that is where his flaw lies, and that is that he thinks everyone has the same time as him on their hands the same gear as him. He seems to think everyone has been through the armoury 20 times and knows every archetype and their stats. Rather than say "This fires fast with quite low damage" he will say "Sits in the 100 and 2 archetype". I don't like how he talks of himself so greatly. Overall, he really seems like an addict with no outside life out of Destiny that thinks he is one of the best and Bungie and the rest of the world of Destiny should listen to him. Some of his suggestions just don't work, as then the game becomes to hard and players will just give up because there is no point as Datto wants everything to be hard and requiring 2-3 hours of your time.
