Edit: beat the raid a second time. All I got (that was new) was a 303 gauntlet. Kinda disappointed thinking that I have to wait till reset just to even see if I get the chance to start hard mode.
Like title says, I'm a mute. I cannot physically speak. Lfg is a royal pain with requirements like being 310 but it's hard for me to get close when I can't even get a team for normal. I've done the raid once, and it wasn't that hard. I'd really like to do HM one day, but I first gotta be able to do normal to get better gear. Like I mentioned above, I've only completed it once. I know the mechanics and I've always been on dps or ads control. I have the emblem so I can prove I've completed it. Would anyone team up with me to raid?

I'd raid with you any day man! I might be throwing a normal fresh today for a real life buddy that hasn't ever been past totems. I'll message you to see if you still need to do it. As long as you have a headset and can listen to callouts and what not, really can't see why anybody would have any issues. Will be doing normal around 2-3pm PST. I'll hit you up

Absolutely. I might sound shallow for saying this, but in game, it's just like not having a mic, and I have plenty of experience with people without mics. As long as you can hear us and have some form of communication (ie messages, emotes, etc) I'd have no problem with helping. If you want to add me on XB1(gt: Soundswipe), send me a PM, my raid group and I would be happy to help you whenever we can.

1 ReplyDude as long as you can listen/follow direction and be a team player why would anything else matter. The only folks who have a problem with this are scrubs who need to be reported/banned. I guarantee you any real gamer would gladly take you in, ignore any scrubby comments here.

id help ya out if you were on ps4, i remember one of our teammates headset broke so every emote meant a different thing to look for, ONLY time i have ever seen the emote pad actually put to good use

As long as you can hear, you can do it. Me and my team beat crota for my first time with no Mics or at least I had no mic. And I couldn't hear them. But if you can HEAR them you can play if I can

Ya I would. Of course obviously you couldn't have major roles like Gaze Grabber but ya I don't see it being a problem as long as you cooperate and we work together
