So I beat a group of kids and they got me banned
I beat a group of imature brats and one sent me a message saying he was gonna get me banned he got most of his friends to report me now im Mutiplayer banned making the 12 months I paid for pointless is this permanent and how can I fix it ?
*edit* they reported me to Microsoft not Bungie im banned from all multiplayer games and party's for beating them like wtf
*edit* I added a pic for proof of me being banned from xbox live party's and multiplayer
*edit* I called Microsoft customer support they didn't help or clearify anything at all
*edit* how come Microsoft hasn't messaged me giving me a reason for this unjust ban
*EDIT* I contacted Microsoft they said I have a week ban i asked why they said they didn't know why I was banned and all they could tell me was go to there website and request a investigation how the -blam!- do they not know why I was banned there the ones that banned me

It might be going a bit too far, but you pay for xbox live, and getting banned just for stomping some kids is a bullshit reason to be banned. If you really did nothing wrong, then they should unban you asap. Sounds to me like support is just being lazy pricks.

If you can prove that you were unjustly banned in the Xbox forums which happens sometimes then all of the people who reported you will be banned. Did you send any messages back or attack them personally? That will easily get you banned, had some dude beat my team once and his teammate did all of the work. He then proceeded to call me a fag and a bitch. I reported him to Xbox and I get a message the next week thanking me for it. Ahh, justice.

Visit Xbox.com/enforcement Their you will find the parameters of your suspension. I don't mean to point fingers or jump to conclusions, but Xbox has a very extensive team that works on enforcing the terms of service. Given that all of your communication privileges have been suspended, I'm going to guess that you participated in sending messages back and forth with these kids and those messages violated Xbox terms of service. They wouldn't place a suspension on your account for beating another player in a game.

Sadly there is no appeal process for getting banned via Xbox. I know because i got a 24 hour communication ban for a message I sent to a salty kid after he messaged me. You should have been sent a message telling you how long the ban is for. If not check your email associated with your account, or ask them why and for how long. Honestly? Your pretty screwed, and there is not much you can do. :(

4 RepliesDid you send return messages to whoever said they were reporting you? If you did and you said something that violates ToS then there is nothing you can do. Other than that, there shouldn't be a reason to just up and ban you because someone said you were cheating. The number of people they would have to get to report you at one time would be high before they even really looked into the actual report.

I'm on ps4 and a few days ago in mayhem I shotgunned a hunter in the face the second he went bladedancer and he messaged me that his clan was gonna get me banned for lag switching! Umm take one good look at my kd........yeah I wasn't banned. But seriously I hope this gets sorted out and you get unbanned.

I'm going to go ahead and assume more than 1 message was traded, and likely some profanity was utilized. They likely baited you into saying some pretty vulgar stuff and then reported you. You can't get banned for just winning.

Send Microsoft the messages the kid sent you. Ill bet they got a bunch of other people to report you On top of them. Theres no way 6 kids can have that much effect, they manipulated the system because you wrecked on em. I hope you get unbanned dude

Happened to me two weeks ago contacted xbox they were know help contacted microsoft and they looked into my supposed harassment towards other players and realized it was me who was being harassed and lifted my suspension
