So I beat a group of kids and they got me banned
I beat a group of imature brats and one sent me a message saying he was gonna get me banned he got most of his friends to report me now im Mutiplayer banned making the 12 months I paid for pointless is this permanent and how can I fix it ?
*edit* they reported me to Microsoft not Bungie im banned from all multiplayer games and party's for beating them like wtf
*edit* I added a pic for proof of me being banned from xbox live party's and multiplayer
*edit* I called Microsoft customer support they didn't help or clearify anything at all
*edit* how come Microsoft hasn't messaged me giving me a reason for this unjust ban
*EDIT* I contacted Microsoft they said I have a week ban i asked why they said they didn't know why I was banned and all they could tell me was go to there website and request a investigation how the -blam!- do they not know why I was banned there the ones that banned me

1 ReplyEdited by Neo Revanuk: 10/17/2015 4:07:43 PMYou can't be banned for beating people, you must have made a comment to one or more of them that was bannable ie. profanity, racist or homophobic comments however minor or irrelevant to you Microsoft take any form of these very seriously, or you were messing around with your connection or a member of your fireteam was. It sucks but communication bans are from between 24 hours up to 2 weeks, if it's a service ban then your going to have to buy a PS4 my friend because those are irreversible no matter how much you beg, plead or threaten. The former will not stop you playing online, however, you will not be able to join anybody at all so it's solo time or outside time.

Microsoft customer service is horrid. I called about a locked account and they said there was a billing issue (I used the $60 card, so there should be no issue). The solution I was offered by 3 different representatives was to pay $60 to unlock the account and another $60 to make up for a missed payment. Keep in mind I was using the $60 live cards... Also offered $60 to continue my Xbox live. $180.... In the end, I made a new Microsoft account to save myself $120 and make sure to buy my cards 2 months before live runs out..

You sent some awful messages back & forth or something. 99.9% of the time you know exactly what you did to be banned & it isn't just because you got reported......the reporting just brought attention to what you did. And no ....calling, or going online & just telling Microsoft that you didn't do anything wrong dosent work obviously.

Ps usually they don't ban frivolously they would have had to have some proof you did something... Maybe you messaged something bad back to the kids or had extremely bad connection or something that they could see

12 RepliesSo the funny thing is - I know for a fact you did something. Why? Because there is ALWAYS 2 sides to every story. YOU KNOW what you did...you just won't admit it. All reports are reviewed and judged....as to what they judge? All conversations/messages are recorded/logged/tracked. If you said something to "these kids" that would be considered inappropriate....things you did or behaved as such...etc...you're done for. Be happy its only a week...you could find it permanent. Also keep in mind - they don't need to tell you squat....its in the Terms of Service...get used to it. - Clean up...or get ready to get locked out.
