Is 4 Mbps a good download speed?

Bear in mind that your connection speed is measured in Megabits per second, while files are measured in (Mega)Bytes. 8 bits in a Byte. As a result, your download speed will be roughly 1/8 of your connection speed. This does depend somewhat on the profile your connection is on (amongst many other factors), but will be fairly accurate. These are large downloads and it could be some time for you.

Not really, but it will do. Mine ran at that by using google DNS and it finished in a few hours rather than 10.

Really slow, its about what my internet gets, going downhill with the wind behind it. I'm beginning to think Destiny Year 3 will be out before I play TTK.
