To all the people who say "im not spending 40 dollars" and all the other crap you whine about, dont lie. I know youll be buying it, and you also know in your tiny brain that you'll buy it as well. However if the collective "you" can give me 5 GREAT reasons why not to buy the ttk, i will respect your decision in doing so.

It's £40 not $40 I don't feel the content offered has much in the way of variety vis a vis the usual grind, not much more to explore, obsoleting most weapons to force me to use new ones. I already have enough REAL games to burn through, not DLC/expansions being marketed or masked as new games They haven't even fixed most of the original game let alone The Dark Below or House Of Wolves. This will actually be Bungie's 4th attempt at keeping Destiny as inconsistent as possible There's games coming out I feel are worth my money more than this, especially when it comes to variety in a game. Grind as a form of filler does not a great game make. It's taken them a third expansion to try and get Destiny defined. The amount they keep changing Destiny is so inconsistent, why shouldn't I just wait until Year 10 when Bungie finally decide what Destiny is and how it should work? They either can't see Destiny's future or are too blind to know what the game will be like a month after they change it. They can't even market the "biggest expansion so far" right, so why should I have confidence in it. Why should I grind Skolas for a flame hand cannon with shitty perks when in two weeks it's literally scrap for a weapon with shittier perks but more damage output? Only to have that weapon in a year end up the same? There's your minimum of five.

I am buying it, and I can give you 5 reasons why someone else might not want to -They are no longer having fun with destiny -They feel they will not get $40 worth enjoyment out of the content -Their friends are no longer playing destiny and they want to keep their group intact -People have realised that the grind isn't going to go away, hunting for new gear is always going to be a part of destiny and that doesn't appeal to them -There are lots of other great games coming out around the same time, and they want to play those instead

Reason 1: Well looks like I'm stuck there... I've got no reason to not by it

7 RepliesEdited by Mitraljezac: 8/30/2015 8:45:23 AMI'm not buying it at release date. I'll buy it later when all hype gone... And play it myself without all jerks that join to every event I play, even when I play patrol to check some weapons they join. When I start destiny and they join even in orbit, messages pop-up, let's play poe or vog..... Uh, lots of people's out there that can't do relic or sword at crota.... I am tired of that... When how released I had minimum 15 people's that want to play the story, I told OK let's do it.... When 3 of us start they just run, shoot few bullets and run, not enjoyed at all.....lots of people's just speed run everything.....

8 RepliesLol I'm not buying it cause it's 100 bucks in shop or like 77 digital AND I only have 17.6 GB free space so I can't even download the patch update thing XD

1 Reply1. I don't have money 2. I don't have money 3. I don't have money 4. I don't have money 5. I don't have money That's all that's really holding me back from it. Having $3.95 in your name for weeks sucks. Will be buying it after I get money though.

Why five? "I don't want it" seems about as valid a reason as you can get.
-
Don't buy it out right. Pre-order a crap load of TTK and sell off the pre-order bonus to make the money to get the game free. Return the games back to get your investment back and your set. Remember when early assess to vanguard gear dlc was on sale?
