I loathe people who boast about their "real life priorities."
I dread coming across people like this in gaming.
You know the guy that says stuff like... "well i have real life priorities like my mortgage, my car, my wife and kid." They try to belittle you like they are somehow better than you.
Well let me tell you something dbag, I don't care about any of that. I don't care about your responsibilities or priorities.
And let me tell you that MY priority in life is watching films, going to the gym, and playing video games. Now let me ask you...why the hell are your priorities somehow better or more important than mine?

It annoys me as well. Especially when you beat them and they talk trash to you and say that they have a life. This is a game, not real life, if you're going to talk trash, U talk trash about the game, not about real life

Wouldn't go so far as to say I "loathe" them, but I do dislike those comments. I'm here to play a video game; not to have a competition on who's living the "best life". If people have some real life good stuff they want to share, go ahead. But if you start saying you're better than me because you do x or y in real life on this [b]video game[/b] forum: get outa here.

Don't stress it, frustration with comparing your life with another is the sign of insecurity. Just be glad you're in a position where you are able to game / do what you want to do.

They don't think their priorities are better just they don't fall in line with yours. They don't have time to play as much in turn not having as much exp in the game. Either way it's just an excuse. I have all those priorities and still have time to do at least kinda good at the game
