Deej, and cozmo; here are OUR ideas for improving destiny

We all know Destiny, oh yes we do, the grinding; the RNG, the flop of a story, the crucible of thorns... But destiny is such a great platform, a base. It has so much potential it could become legend. Today I wish to share my thoughts on what can be added/changed in the game to improve it.
Currently I have finished typing up about 5/6th of what I intend to. So watch this space!
I'm going to format this in such a way as to make debate easy, the post will act as a table of contents and an intro, I will write all of my thoughts in categories - as comments to this post. I will link them to the post and you can read what you want and ignore what you don't. To discuss a particular subject please comment on my comment to keep it

Edit: The bit about phogoth and the acolyte going to warn them, I thought about having an armoured thrall instead of an acolyte, as an acolyte is reasonably weak, so an armoured thrall could take a bit more of a beating than an acolyte, and anyways, a thrall is a bit faster.

Just an idea... interactive items. Before you glance at your ghost thinking this guy is an idiot, I am saying some fun buttons to press. Maybe a hidden minigame in the tower or two. Also, maybe secret switches to open a secret area? Just some ideas.

So we need new ways to earn faction reputation etc because many of us like to use or favorite class items but if we want to earn xp we are forced to wear these faction items that are in my opinion not that great. I mean what's the point if we can't use our favorite items from raids etc. So instead how about being able to slap a faction logo on your chest plate etc that. Another thing is many of us are still trying to get out faction shader at 20+rank and still nothing so I think it's time faction sell these shaders at idk maybe 15+ rank and still have the possibility of it dropping in engrams as well. These factions need work in short. Hope bungie and others see this.
