Just curious but... Why? Just why?
Xbox One receives a lot of hate. There was a large main reason why people disliked Xbox one when it first launched, but Microsoft realized they done -blam!-ed up and fixed it. Now people piggyback without any REAL explanations. It's extremely idiotic. Tell me, what are YOUR reasons for disliking Xbox one besides those initial launch problems such as no return backs on games, games always at 60$, and live being a necessary purchase? Hmm??? I have an Xbox one and it is perfect aside from the shizzy storage. That's it. Otherwise, they are literally same consoles (ps4 and Xbox one), different layouts, companies, exclusives, all the good biz. Now lay it on me, guardians. Why Xbox one not up to your standards? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I'm waiting. If it's a good response, I'll give it to u. If not, stfu.
Edit: to all those saying Xbox one is not 1080p, it does in fact run 1080p. However, certain games (an example being CoD Ghosts which was trash anyways), weren't able to make 1080p. Only cause of ps4's [i]slightly[/i] stronger core capabilities. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ still not enough to say they are not virtually same console and console wars is justified. As an Xbox owner, I can confirm Xbox does have some problems. However, all these are being patched with numerous updates. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I've used both. Never the Xbox one but the 360. I have a ps4 currently and love it. I never bothered to get an Xbox One because the last Halo game I loved was Halo 3. The new one coming out looks sick. But I have nothing against either. Love them both.

There IS a difference and it IS NOT SMALL. Considering we are at the beginning of this generation, it's crazy the Xbox can't deal with full hd resolutions. For me personally I like and enjoy the better resolution. I don't see why I should spend more and not get to enjoy my game in full hd.

Own both, Ps4 runs flawlessly all the time and if it has an issue there's usually a simple solution and I'm not referring to major issues that no one but Sony/Microsoft can fix I mean how smooth it runs. Ps4 is more powerful and quicker. Xbone I find has constant issues with its apps not working properly, it's laggy and freezes, causing forced shut downs way too often. It struggles to even turn on sometimes and I stopped using the "voice"... I mean "scream commands." Anyway, you can say I have bad luck all you want. I still have my release day Ps3 that I still use every single day and have gone through 2 360's and refused to buy a 3rd and I used the Ps3 3x more than the 360. I only bought Xbox One for Titanfall, whoops...

I prefer xbox controllers as they're more ergonomic (my thumbs are broken and havent been the same) but I have xboxone but play 360 instead The gui on xb1 is crap, marketplace terrible to navigate, the settings are all over the place, it auto installs games when you put it in new with only 500gb space (halo mcc took up 62gb download when u put the freaking disc in), list goes on. Xb1 was built to be a stupid media center for your room, they changed it last minute to look like it was for gaming

Im no fan boy, ps just has better exclusives this time around. I had to debate between hdmi input and ps exclusives. I chose the exclusives.

I do not like that when it is turned off I have to turn it on to use the HDMI pass through. It was made from easily static charged cheap plastic and attracts dust. It takes up a huge space without vertical mounting. My controller is cheap hollow brittle squeaking recycled plastic crap not even close to the quality of my 360, and I had to rebuild it with parts from 3rd party venders to get it right. My brother's One ate a disc after 5 months and he had to send it back.

If you want to play with thousands of snot nosed brats, more power to you. I prefer to have a platform built for games and not everything else. If I want to do anything else I will use my pc. Playstation has better games anyway

I have both xbox one and 360, and played both with a ps3 and ps4, i've never got any problems with all, except the ps controllers(my hands hurt so much after i use them)

It was gonna be called Xbox 720 But Microsoft said nope Xbox one is what it's called. It was 499.99 to much money for that stupid box is what everybody said. Now it's 349.99 a lot better and it comes with a couple games depending on the bundle you get... I like it now. But I have had 3 of them that failed the last one I had to buy and I only had it for six months and they told me that my year warranty was up (I only had it six months) and that I had to pay nearly 400$ to have it fixed. So I bought a playstation and haven't looked back. Screw micro$oft!

i dont like the fact that its a entertainment console, not a video game console. all i ever see are updates about things that i as a gamer, dont care about. why would i need to watch tv thru my xbox? it just doesn't make any sense.
