You can do the extra content at any time but I recommend saving Tiny Tina's DLC for last before starting the next Vaut Hunter mode.
Did the collection also have all the minor DLC?

Ah? Nice. Did that come with everything? I assume it did. Well, most of the minor DLC is skins, but there is some content too.

Their $5 a piece or whatever your local currency equivelant is. The individial skin packs are 99 cents a pack
