Stop Updating Old Gens!!
C'mon guys upgrade already! You're not only wasting money by buying new games but you're keeping us Behind!
Think about it. You guys will eventually end up upgrading and have to re-buy all of those games you just bought.
Like gta5, and many orthers...

4 RepliesAs a next gen user.... All I have to say... is that you are an idiot if you actually believe bungie when they said old gen was holding them back... We are talking about freaking storage space... Not graphics or anything else that make the difference on a next gen console... They threw old gen under the bus to take the heat off of bungie... And it looks like the morons took the bait and did exactly what they wanted... There are probably a lot of things that could hold the next gen back... Storage space isnt one of them..

16 RepliesFirst, I have all of the current gen, and previous gen systems. So not going to bash any gen here. Current gen: What motivation is there for everyone to buy one right now? Seriously, it seems like the majority of games are just graphic updates of last gens best sellers, and just a few examples: Borderlands: Handsome Collection Halo: MCC Last of Us: Remastered God of War 3 (in development, not sure of the ETA on this, but confirmed for ps4. I'm guessing Ascension will be following.) I have yet to play any truly stand-out title that would make the ps4 or xbox one a MUST BUY. Hell, it even applies to my Wii U - simply put: Zelda: Wind Waker HD. and 3DS - Majoras Mask Don't get me wrong, I have either the current or previous gen of each of these games, but all in all, it is still just a prettier version of the same old same old...

I traded my old 360 and an old cell phone at Game Stop and got a 1TB Xbone with a copy of CoD. Had to buy Destiny again but that was my fault for not buying the digital version in the first place.

8 RepliesNext gen users are funny. They buy a game that they knew supported last gen. Then start crying that last gen held their game back. Well no shit sherlock. Funniest thing is. Is destiny was developed almost entirely using last gen tech. What you folks are playing is just a port of the game made for our consoles.

I'll upgrade my console when a game comes out that makes me WANT to upgrade my console. As long as they kept producing games for what I have there was almost no point. Now with some new games I'm interested in enticing me I'm considering the switch... but it's still not enough yet.

No real rush to upgrade unless you really want to play recent exclusives like Bloodbourne. So far it and alien isolation are the only worthwhile titles. Dying light was fun but nothing special. Graphics do not sway me.
