The House of Wolves Raid Boss Logic
It would make sense for a Servitor to be the boss because they are basically their gods. The fallen captains are as per the grimore "political leaders". I feel like everyone assumes it'll be a giant captain. Also it's called the arena so I'm expecting some gladiator sh*t. What do you guys think?
Edit 1: I now believe that the Servitor will be Kaliks Prime, the one House of Wolves Noble that got away.
Edit 2: Damn it just saw a pretty legit looking HoW poster with a Captain on the back, but who could it be?

2 RepliesI don't think it'll be any of those. i think they'll make something unique for us to kill. Like Atheon, the only vex revealed to be of his make and model. I was disappointed that Crota looked like a normal knight (but bigger). I was hoping for a newer hive model. oh well. I'll just vote servitor, as only one escaped (prime to escape, i'm sure some underlings got away too). for all i know it could be us against the queens guard (as the queen owns the house of wolves). that would make a nice twist.

I hope it's a giant captain but it also has powers like the psions pulse attack. he should also have a sword in each lower hand, a shrapnel launcher in one hand and a amped up shock rifle in the other. Just thinking that would be pretty sick

I think it will be a Thrall riding a Cabal with Harpys spawning in for the Mobs. And the whole time you are fighting him there is a dreg in the back of the map that hides. The Dreg is actually the boss but no one knows it [spoiler]Sounds like Destiny[/spoiler]

Edited by Nuuuu: 3/19/2015 9:24:38 PMMaybe the servitor floats around in a circle high above us and this time it shoots large projectiles that home in on us quickly, eventually he will stop and lower a bit and that's when we strike. Either this or it will involve a teleporting servitor that constantly dodges attacks until hit with a certain weapon that temporarily stun it. Or... The servitor will at different times teleport to certain checkpoints around the arena of the fight. Each time he randomly teleports and is only vulnerable for s short time after so guardians have to be ready to alert eachother if it spawns in one of the checkpoints that they are at. There could be like 8 areas so it's just a guessing game of where he'll teleport and if it's at the wrong spot then you must rush to get to him sense no one is there to damage him. Also dregs and vandals constantly flood in, no sword vandals though (we've had enough one hit melee shit in the CE raid) ;)
